Day Services Specialist/Case Manager — South

MARC, Inc., an established non-profit organization seeks a self-directed, flexible and caring individual to fill our full-time (40 hrs/week) Day Services Specialist/Case Manager position at our 901 Post Road, Madison location. This individual will provide supervision and direct service to adults with developmental and other related disabilities in a program based environment.

Other primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing programs based on client ISP’s, instructing consumers in a facility and providing pro-active programs/environments for adults with high needs in language and challenging behaviors.

Associate degree preferred. Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff and families. Customer service skills are preferred. This position requires computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities, including personal care needs and how they affect basic life activities is required. Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Starting wage is $14.50/hour and will increase to $15.10/hour after 6 months of employment.

Day Services Instructor — South

MARC, Inc., an established non-profit organization seeks a self-directed, flexible and caring individual to fill our full-time (37.5 hrs/week) Instructor position at our 901 Post Road, Madison location.  This individual will provide supervision and direct care service to adults with developmental and other related disabilities in a program based setting.

Other primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing programs based on client ISP’s, instructing consumers in the program and community environments and providing proactive programs/environments for adults with high needs in language and challenging behaviors.

Applicant must be able to work independently and in a team setting.  This individual will also effectively communicate in a professional manner with consumers, parents, other service providers, community service organizations, employers and other MARC staff.

Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities, including personal care needs and how they affect basic life activities is required. Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Starting wage is $13.65/hour and will increase to $14.10/hour after 6 months of employment.
